Basic Functions:
Provide key support to the Sales and Marketing Teams to help increase sales opportunities, consumer liaison, tracking and reporting, assist in Marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
High School diploma required, 2 or 4 year college degree is preferred. Proficiency with Excel, word, ppt. Knowledge of ERP systems is highly preferred. SAP knowledge helpful.

Principal Accountabilities
Basic Functions
- Provide Sales Support to Director in organizing, implementing and tracking sales initiatives and seasonal programs
- Assist Director in organizing and tracking CRM platform (Rep Planners)
- Running Sales Reports
- Assist RSMs in Data Mining for week to week activity
- Resource for RSMs in providing customer details
- Manage SAF process
- Update & Record all yearly Rebate Agreements
- Consumer Liaison
- Point person for all consumer inquiries pre-sale
- Data mining – consolidate all platforms to establish detailed consumer lists
- Assist in developing consumer direct marketing campaigns
- Address all product reviews
- Drive increased activity and visibility through product review initiatives
Secondary Functions:
- Run Daily Sales Numbers
- Gather and organize Sales Initiative information for SIOP meetings
- Help manage and track Consignment programs
- Support OEM sales activity
- Maintain Onboarding process for various customer bases and direct personnel. Coordinate Onboarding Schedules
